- ➤ Beginning Feb. 1, travelers without a REAL ID or acceptable form of ID will face a $45 fee before passing TSA checkpoints. Commissioner Paul Tine (DMV) said more than 5 million residents already have proper ID and urged timely renewal to avoid delays. WHKY
