- ➤ Town of Long View officials acted on long-standing housing violations at Hilltop Apartments after a September complaint raised concerns about safety and sanitation. A council meeting on March 9 will review vacate orders, with placards set for March 10 and boarding of units beginning after March 23. WHKY
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Frye Regional Medical Center will launch monthly diabetes education classes and a free support group in April to help people manage diabetes. Held at Frye Regional Imaging Services, 1781 Tate Blvd. SE, the classes require a provider referral (registration is encouraged) and include sessions on nutrition and blood sugar monitoring. WHKY
