A contested race for City Council’s Ward 5 pits incumbent David Zagaroli against four challengers — Arnita Dula, Kevin Gaylord, Joshua Ledford, and Taylor Newton Lelewski — while Wards 4 and 6 saw only single candidates file, with primaries set for Tuesday, October 7 and Election Day on Tuesday, November 4.
