- ➤ 33-year-old Kayly Renee Allman from Morganton broke into three vehicles shortly after her jail release on July 31 at 3:30 p.m. near the DMV Driver’s License Office on Government Drive and took a cigarette, cake, mail and a vehicle registration card before she was arrested and held without bond, with a District Court hearing set for August 22.
