- ➤ A Tennessee woman, 31-year-old Tara Beth Reece, was arrested on August 29 during a traffic stop in Caldwell County when K9 Jade detected methamphetamine and nearly $400 in cash—she is charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver methamphetamine, was released on a $30,000 bond and her next court date is set for September 18.
