SPORTS NEWS

  • The Lenoir-Rhyne Women’s Golf team finished sixth at the Savannah Lakes Women’s Fall Invitational on September 23 with a team score of 895, 31 over par — a 51-stroke improvement from last week’s NCAA South Regional Preview. Eve Neild tied for sixth with a 219 score, three over par, and the team will next compete at the St. Simons Island Intercollegiate on October 6-7 at King & Prince Resort.  WHKY
  • The Lenoir-Rhyne women's soccer team is ranked No. 23 in NCAA Division II after a five-game winning streak—marking their 73rd poll appearance—and they will host undefeated Francis Marion today at 5:00 p.m. at home.  WHKY
