Catawba Valley Medical Center received an 'A' Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for Fall 2025 on November 17 — the only 'A' grade in the Unifour region and the 18th award in the hospital's last 19 reporting periods.
The grade is based on its strong patient safety measures and efforts to prevent harm.
