- ➤ A four-county area in North Carolina, including Catawba, Iredell, Caldwell, and Alexander counties, has seen 13 officer-involved shootings since January 2023, with an unclear cause for the increase according to local law enforcement officials. Hickory Daily Record
- ➤ Colby Allen Wray was arrested in Conover for meth possession, drug paraphernalia possession, resisting officers, and driving with a revoked license. WHKY
