- ➤ Today, Governor Josh Stein announced the Renew NC Small Rental Rehabilitation Program to rebuild small rental properties damaged by Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina. Owners in eligible counties (like Catawba) must agree to 10 years of affordable rent and can apply online or by phone. WHKY
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Leaders from Hickory and Burke County celebrated the completion of a new aircraft hangar at Hickory Regional Airport yesterday. The facility features 12,000 sqft of hangar space and a 3,000 sqft office, with an airport tenant moving helicopter operations — freeing up room for more aircraft and revenue. WHKY
